What is  My Account?

"My Account" allows you to have complete control over your account , password, orders and wish list. You can also manage/edit all your personal data like address, phone numbers, email ids.

How do I know my order has been confirmed?

Once payment has been successfully made, your order is processed internally (and immediately). Rainbowtrolley will send a confirmation mail for your order.It will be sent to an email address associated with you order/account. You will be provided with unique order ID(for eg-Order ID: 417) for your reference. With detail of product you have ordered and an expected time of delivery.

I tried placing order using my credit card but it isn't working. Can you help me place an order?

Yes, if your debit/credit card isn't working we can take your order over phone. Do call us.

Is it important to have Rainbowtrolley account to shop?

While it is not necessary to have a Rainbowtrolley account to shop and purchase items. You can login via Google, Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, Flickr and Open Id or you can login as guest. It is recommended to register to be able to shop fast, Be up-to-date on the order status and keep track of new product.

Are there any hidden charges(Octroi or Sales Tax) when I make a purchase on Rainbowtrolley?

There are zero hidden charges when you make a purchase. The prices listed for the items are final and all-inclusive. What you see on product page is exactly what you pay.
Its free delivery.

What is Cash on Delivery?

If you are not comfortable making an online payment, you can opt for the Cash on Delivery (COD) payment method instead. With COD you can pay in cash at the time of actual delivery of the product at your doorstep, without making an advance payment online.

How do I make a purchase with an e-Gift Voucher?

Simple!

IMPORTANT: Funds will be deducted from your eGift Voucher at the time you place your order.

How Do I cancel an order?

You can cancel your order before the product has been shipped. Transcation charges will be deducted and remaining amount will be refunded. Unfortunately, an order cannot be cancelled in case a delivery has already been made.

How can I cancel items in my order?

You can cancel an item in your order, till the item is shipped. In order to cancel an item in your order:
- In  MY order page, you will see "Cancel" icon against each of the items.
- Click on the "Cancel" icon and proceed to checkout.

Do you allow exchanges ?

If you have ordered a size too small or too big? We will replace it for you. You need to fill in the return form sent along with invoice and send back the product.
Customer has to bear shipping charges.

Can I add an item to my order after I have placed my order?

Nopes, you can simply place another order. 

 I tried placing my order using my debit card/credit card/Net Banking but the order was not successful. What happens to the money deducted?

Please check your bank/credit card account to first ensure if your account has been debited. Pls contact customer support and your order will be processed.

I got a confirmation call for my COD order. Why is that?

You receive a confirmation call for your order to verify if there isn't any change with your order.

Can I place a bulk order for an item(s)?

In order to place a bulk order please drop a mail to sales @rainbowkart.com with your requirements and we will get back to you.

 The size I want is not available on the website. What do I do now?

Please drop us an email with Subject line as ' My Wishlist' at care@rainbowkart.com and we will try to procure the same for you.

 I would like to display my products on your site. How do I get in touch?
